3. Billing Terms

These Billing Terms outline the process and validity period of the recharge process for our services.

3.1 Account Recharge and Credit Validity

Recharge Process: To use IllyVoIP services, you must recharge your account with sufficient credit.

Credit Validity: Credits added to your account remain valid for one (1) year (365 days) from the date of the recharge. Unused credits will expire at the end of this period unless you add new credits that extend your validity period. It is your responsibility to monitor credit expiry dates and manage your account accordingly.

3.2 Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for recharging your account, including:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
  • PayPal: Payments processed through your PayPal account.
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers following our provided instructions.

Each payment method will be subject to its own processing times, fees, and terms as applicable.

3.3 Invoicing and Receipts

Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic invoice or receipt via your registered email address. This invoice will detail the amount charged, the payment method used.

3.4 Taxes and Surcharges

All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or surcharges imposed by governmental authorities. You are responsible for paying such taxes as they arise.

MOMEVOD INT'L reserves the right to modify billing terms, payment methods, or fees upon reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through notifications in your account dashboard. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
